All dedicated server and colocation customers are able to take advantage of our server monitoring network which can provide instant alerts of server downtime, as well as warning when certain system processes or resources reach a critical level.

Nagios is a powerful host and server monitor designed to alert of system and network problems including SMTP, POP3, HTTP and PING as well as host resources such as CPU load, memory usage and disk space. Indeed by using Nagios to keep track of the status of all our servers we are usually aware of any system problems before our customers.

Email alerts for your own server are provided free of charge, and SMS text alerts can be set up for a small additional fee.

For customers with high-availability requirements, we offer a bespoke server management service with 24 hour response to critical alerts. Please contact us for more information.
